Peser le tout. J'avais 700 grammes de fruits, j'ai donc ajouté 550 grammes de sucre, c'est largement suffisant.
Mélanger les fruits et le sucre et laisser ce dernier se dissoudre.
Mettre sur le feu. À partir de l'ébullition, compter 20 minutes de cuisson à bons bouillons. Mixer les fruits si vous le désirez.
Vérifier la tenue de la confiture en versant une cuillère sur une assiette et en renversant l'assiette.
Dès que la consistance est bonne, mettre en pot.
